VIRALIZE SRL is a company that operates in the digital advertising sector, collaborating with advertisers and third parties for the delivery of relevant advertising messages for those who surf the Internet, through a Video Advertising platform
Our Partners are advertisers and agencies ("Advertisers"), media owners ("Publishers") and other companies in the Digital Advertising chain.
Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 679/2016 ("GDPR"), we wish to inform you that the processing of your personal data will be based on principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, and protecting your privacy and your rights and in compliance with the current legislation on security and protection of personal data.
In particular, we inform you of the following:
a. Type of data processed ("User Data")
When you visit the Site of a Publisher, Partner of us, the data we collect is the timestamp (date and time) of access, IP address, User Agent, the URL of the sites you have accessed, the navigation data represented by cookies of third parties to which you have previously given your consent and which may contain information on search categories carried out by you based on your interests.
b. Legal basis and purposes of the processing
The purposes of the processing are as follows:

The data will be processed using electronic tools suitable for guaranteeing security, in relation to the purposes for which they were collected, as well as to avoid unauthorized access by third parties and, in any case, in compliance with the provisions of national and European legislation.
In no case, we use the data collected by us or by other third parties, to determine your personal identity and all data is processed anonymously.
d. Nature of the provision
The provision of data is optional and linked to your consent expressed through the Consent Management Platform (s) ("CMP") of our Publisher partners (as regards the data we collect directly) or expressed through the methods of acquiring consent adopted by third parties who have collected them as independent owners and with a suitable legal basis to transfer them to us. In case of lack of consent, we will not be able to optimize the advertising services addressed to you on the basis of the information acquired by us through our cookies. e. Subjects of data processing and communication
The data are processed only with electronic tools, in a totally automated way and, for the most part, without human intermediation. ● obtain the portability of your data;
