Publisher Account Manager: Full-Time

The Publisher Account Manager will work with the Sales & Marketing department, and support the Area Manager. They will primarily manage daily account activities and expand the publisher portfolio internationally. The Account Manager will work from our main office in Florence, Italy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage publishers’ network operations
  • Maintain and improve publishers relations
  • Monitor publishers’ accounts and activities
  • Build new publishers relationships
  • Handle account acquisition, negotiate terms and conditions of the partnership
  • Payment and invoicing process management
  • Reporting activities and KPI Analysis
  • POC between the clients and the internal technical team to solve technical issues
  • Internal and external training activities related to in-house or 3rd party solutions
  • Strong focus on results achievement

 Desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience in video advertising is preferred
  • Must have an EXCELLENT working knowledge of English (plus if native speaker)
  • Marked passion for technology
  • Resourcefulness, flexibility and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with the language associated with online advertising and new technologies
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good math skills and familiarity with KPI analysis
